On February 5, the Anyi Aluminum Worker's “Golden Craftsman Cup” Door and Windows Installation Skills Competition was successfully held at the Anyi International Expo Center. The theme of this competition is “Using competitions to promote training, cultivating talents through competitions, and injecting new impetus into the development of the door and window industry”. It is sponsored by the Testing and Certification Branch of the China Building Metal Structure Association, and guided by the Anyi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other units. The participating teams were selected nationwide, and a total of 16 representative teams from Shanghai, Anhui and other places signed up to participate in the preliminary round, and 3 teams won and advanced to participate in the finals. As the Central China Division Competition of the National Building Door and Windows Installation Competition, this competition is not only a high-level skill competition, but also an important part of Anyi County's in-depth implementation of the “Industry Strengthens County, Industry Promotion County” action and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the aluminum profile industry Measures.
At around 9 a.m. that day, the competition kicked off in a lively atmosphere. At the competition site, the entire process from handling and disassembly to outer frame installation, to glue sealing, to glass installation, and to completion and delivery will be tested overall by the full process of the participating team. The participating teams compete fiercely with their superb installation skills, rigorous operating procedures and tacit team collaboration. The expert judges on the scene strictly followed the competition standards and strictly scored and commented on every detail to ensure that the results of the competition are fair and fair.
After a day of fierce competition, the three teams of Zhizuxuan, Yipuju and Nanchang Leqi won the top three respectively. The Inspection and Certification Branch of the China Building Metal Structure Association issued a certificate to an excellent installation team. These honors are not only an affirmation of the players' hard work, but also an incentive and spur to their future careers.
This competition is a comprehensive review of the skills of employees in the door and window installation industry.
