In order to realize the transformation and upgrading of the foundry industry in our county, guide the environmental protection, green, safe and sustainable development of the industry, comprehensively raise the standard and upgrade the pollution prevention and control level of foundry enterprises; according to the arrangement of the county government, the Ju County Branch of the Rizhao Ecological Environment Bureau and the County Industry and Information Bureau jointly drafted “The county’s foundry industry environmental improvement and improvement implementation plan.” Through the comprehensive improvement of the foundry enterprise environment, the technological transformation and upgrading have promoted the upgrading of the foundry industry. The problems of “small, scattered, dirty, messy, and poor” foundry enterprises in our county have basically been solved, and the enterprises can meet the relevant requirements of environmental protection, hygiene, safety, and energy saving.
Recently, our bureau organized law enforcement officers to conduct on-site inspections of the foundry industry. Through the inspections, we found that some enterprises have problems of varying degrees. The enterprises are required to compare existing problems, formulate rectification plans, step up rectifications, and ensure smooth acceptance.
