He Yong pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the county's industrial economy has been operating well, with a total industrial output value of 13.15 billion yuan. There are 13 newly developed high-tech enterprises, 11 provincial-level “specialized and new” enterprises, and 7 provincial-level innovative small and medium-sized enterprises. All 78 foundry enterprises in the county have passed the provincial acceptance for environmental protection rectification. The foundry and forging industry has shown a “good and vigorous” development situation.
He Yong emphasized that it is necessary to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, adhere to the development path of “strengthening the county through industry, establishing the county ecologically, developing the county through integration, and governing the county according to law”, focusing on breakthroughs in the fields of industrial machine tools and CNC machine tools, completely, accurately and comprehensively implementing the new development concept, accelerating the clustering and intelligent upgrading of the casting and forging industry, and realizing the leap from “Jiahe Casting” to “Jiahe Intelligent Manufacturing”. The majority of private enterprises and entrepreneurs should vigorously promote entrepreneurship, actively integrate into the overall development of the county, take practical actions to invest in, build, and promote their hometowns, jointly polish the regional brand, and promote the concentration of high-quality resources in Jiahe.
