Ningbo Tuopu Group Co., Ltd. (“Tuopu Group”) reported that on November 26, Tuopu Group held a production ceremony for the second of the 2025 strategic new factory-“Five Suspension Systems”.
The fifth suspension system of Tuopu Group is located in Jiuhua Economic Development Zone, Xiangtan City, covering an area of 100 acres, a building area of 50,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 500 million yuan. The factory has complete automated production equipment such as aluminum alloy forging and machining, ball head machining and assembly, and control arm assembly assembly. After the project is fully put into production in 2022, it can achieve an annual output of 900,000 sets of lightweight suspension systems and 900,000 sets of forged aluminum knuckles.
Tuopu Group entered the suspension system field in 2004. With the production of five suspension systems, Tuopu Group has a total of nearly 30 suspension aluminum alloy fully automated forging lines, including the German Schuler line. Tuopu’s forged aluminum products focus on high-strength lightweight chassis parts, especially lightweight suspension systems. The product types include: steering knuckles, triangle arms, U-shaped arms, linear arms, shock absorber brackets, and rear cross arms , Battery pack bracket, thermal management valve plate, etc.
