At the same time, it was poured into the sand mold cavity of CNC850/6m bed, and the pouring task was successfully completed, indicating that Xinghuo Casting has the ability to pour large-tonnage castings.
The CNC850/6m CNC machine tool is a high-precision inclined-bed machine tool developed by Xinghuo Machine Tool Company. The weight of the bed is 34 tons, the length is 8.7 meters, the height is 1.3 meters, and the width is 2.1 meters. Such large-volume and large-tonnage castings are in the history of Xinghuo never produced. Xinghuo people are not discouraged or back down in the face of difficulties. After many technical demonstrations in terms of equipment use and personnel allocation, they have innovated the technological operation process and successfully completed the pouring task, which has laid a foundation for Xinghuo’s new product development.
