Release January 24 – Guangdong Hongtu (002101) announced that the company held the “6800T chassis integrated structural parts offline and 12000T super intelligent die-casting unit cooperation signing ceremony” event in Guangdong Hongtu Science and Technology Park on January 22, 2022 . In this event, the company signed the “12,000-ton Super Intelligent Die Casting Unit Joint Research and Development Cooperation Agreement” with Lijin Technology Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Cavity Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Hongjin Metal Aluminum Co., Ltd. In addition, the company signed the “Strategic Cooperation (Bulk Purchase) Agreement” with Shenzhen Lingwei Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LK Group, on the intention to purchase 8 sets of large and super-large intelligent die-casting units.
