Hanshan Sanji Project has completed 95% of the project and is about to be completed and delivered

As the Spring Festival is approaching, the Sanji Project of Jinqiao Industrial Cooperation Park in Hanshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, undertaken by the Hanshan Project Department of the Seventeenth Metallurgical Pipe Gallery Branch, has also entered the countdown to completion. At present, more than 95% of the total project volume has been completed, which will be earlier than the normal construction period. Delivered in four to five months.

The planned land area of the Sanji project is about 120 mu, with a total investment of about 600 million yuan, and a new production plant and supporting facilities of about 60,000 square meters. The project implements a one-time plan and is constructed in two phases. The first phase is about 60 acres. Production workshops such as casting, machining, and heat treatment will be built. About 30 new production lines such as extrusion casting and die casting will be newly purchased. Vertical, horizontal, etc. There are 100 sets of machining centers, mainly engaged in the production and sales of lightweight and high-performance aluminum alloy parts. After the project is fully put into operation, it can achieve annual sales of about 800 million yuan, tax revenue of 50 million yuan, and provide about 300 jobs.

“Sanji’s annual output of 30,000 tons of lightweight high-performance aluminum alloy parts forming project is an investment attraction project introduced from Suzhou. The construction period is tight and the task is heavy. We have tried every means to overcome various difficulties and ensure the smooth progress of the project.” Ten Chen Sheng, project manager of Qiye Pipe Gallery Company, introduced.

It is reported that the project started in early June last year. As the investors are eager to build and put into operation as soon as possible, the construction time is shortened by nearly one-third compared with the normal construction period. In the face of multiple impacts such as the rainy season after the start of construction, the “fireworks” typhoon, and the lack of human resources brought about by strict epidemic prevention, the project department worked together to strengthen the investment of manpower and equipment, and worked overtime to catch up with the progress. At present, the steel structures of workshops 1 and 2 have been completed Completed, the installation of electrical bridge is in progress; the basic production facilities of the two workshops have been installed, and manufacturers are entering the site to install production equipment; the main body of the office building has been completed, the decoration work is in progress, and the entire project will be completed soon.
